Yes please do. It was my understanding that we don’t need to store the waste because we can reuse it

Carter killed reprocessing in the 70's for fear of nuke proliferation.

Who's going to reprocess it? Who here has the equipment to do that? Why would anyone invest the money here to reprocess fuel when the next admin can always decimate your business on a whim?

Note: I'm aware that there are locations in the us that have the ability to do it. But no one has the capacity to reprocess on the scale you're talking about.

If only there was a celestial body that mankind could reach within a few days and claims that it already has landed on.

That thing would basically be begging to be a nuclear waste dump.

I don’t know but certain rules I looked over suggest that after France uses our wastes, they have to send it back tk us.
