I understand that, but in a holistic sense, a lot of things affect you (and your descendants, especially) than what can be seen and felt.

Not sure what the Green Party is putting forth this time.

It wouldn’t shock me if the Green Party sits this election out to take Trump out. The liberals will go all in on this election, and it wouldn’t surprise me to see pressure put on the Green Party to not pull votes from Biden.

I liked her a lot until I found out she wants to open up the borders.

Screw that.

It depresses wages for the lowest end workers, who quite frankly are the biggest danger for social unrest.

Without a welfare state, wages are based entirely on labor supply and demand. People migrate purely based on economic prospects. As wages go down, the incentive to immigrate to the United States declines as well, resulting in fewer immigrants. If wages decline too much, people will emigrate elsewhere. Otherwise, you are just creating disparities which result in an illicit jobs and immigration market.

Someone isn’t a fan of Jeffersonian democracy.

As appealing as it may be, a vote for her is equal to a vote for Biden.

She has literally zero chance to win and with the Dems and their cheating, Trump needs every vote he can get.

There is also a cultural aspect to immigration patterns that concerns me in a democratic context.

Libertarianism is what brought us to this point. The non-cucks of the gop put their power somewhere meaningless.

Time to start up the helicopters.

Yup. Libertarianism is to the Right what Communism is to the Left. It sounds great on paper, and in incredibly small samples sizes, but is an unmitigated disaster at any macro level.

He runs/writes for something called the Propertarian Institute. Very interesting ideas, if very unfleshed and supremely spergy. I like(d) him.

I probably would align with the LP on more of these issues than not.

Yet as communist street rabble is burning down our cities, does the LP genuinely think that legalizing prostitution is an issue that will register with voters right now?

This is why we libertarians can’t have nice things.
