Ive never signed up for govt issued welfare. I would not know.
However, I do know some states require MULTIPLE forms of ID to vote; 2 to 3 in some states...when you increase the barrier for entry, of course it will be hard.
Some states require 2 to 3 forms of ID just to get a drivers license.

Get some buddy else to do it. I see strangers/people without valid IDS buy people liquor all the time; especially on college campuses. I was asked to do it once, and I refused to serve a minor liquor. Not breaking the law there buddy.

you can't be THIS stupid. No way. Go try to get a prescription filled for pain killers/antidepressants/diabetes meds without an id. And get this, most elderly and poor people are on meds... So how do they get them?

This is true. It was total pain in the arse (though still possible) the last time I had to prove who I was to some idiot DMV clerk.

Poor black people often can't afford reliable transportation which they need to attend the riots. Studies have shown that hundreds of thousands of people of color (and the elderly) remain disenfranchised, and are unable to riot because of their lack of resources. They are sometimes able to register for the riots, because of various rioter outreach programs, but they can't always get to the riot location on the riot day.
