Do people/government/businesses take down American flags on their flagpoles every time it rains? Serious question. I don’t remember that happening.

There's alot of things that shouldn't be done with a flag but, I'll never begrudge anyone displaying them.

I also don’t remember the flag that flew over our ship being taken down in inclement weather either. Perhaps it was, but it’s not something that I recall.
