if he’s really being held in these conditions then someone should step in.
I doubt the veracity of your statement.

Ummm...

Senators Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene have since attempted to gain access to this facility and inspect the conditions of the jail, only to be denied.

Awful. Just awful. Turnabout fair play maybe?
And people think I’m being hyperbolic comparing these people to Nazis.

Fair enough.
Now, is there a jail on US soil where sitting members of Congress are denied entry to ascertain the conditions the inmates are living in?
As stated, his claims, which you call hyperbole, are grossly unacceptable if true. We have seen repeatedly that this regime has no qualms with shitting on the concept of checks and balances. They don’t give a frick about the law. As such, why would they care about abusing US citizens detained by the modern day gestapo?
You may dismiss these allegations in a cavalier manner, I won’t. If it is above board, so be it. If it isn’t, then those in the decision making arena need to be prosecuted.

Posted a day or two ago with gateway pundit the source. Many responses questioned the veracity.
My response then and now, regardless, where are republicans in unanimity screaming about what’s happened to these Patriots. This is why the Republican Party is dead to me.
Any representative should be permitted to inspect any facility. Again where’s the outrage?
Where’s the outrage over MTG being removed from committees shortly after being elected?
Where’s the outrage over Jim Jordan and the other who’s name escapes me not being permitted by pelosi on being on the lame 1/6 commission?
How do you think Demorats would respond? We should respond accordingly.

Anyone going to question this or do y’all take this at face value?
I’m sure this question will trigger most of you.

The filth in DC knew what they were doing to patriots, and that's why they made it into a fortress.

Guys like Abbott from Texas who talks a great game , but instead of telling Biden “ it’s the federal governments job to protect our border . If you choose not too … we will . . Do not send your federal troops to this state unless they are here to help us deport these frickers or your troops will be met by gunfire at the border and we can get this party started “
Instead he rolls over just like the whole lot of republicans
War Room had a sheriff on from a southern border county in TX that said the TX National guard was apprehending illegals crossing the border and turning them over to the border patrol…..we know what DHS and border patrol is doing with illegals

So he didn't vote in the election and owes $500,000 in back taxes. That is why there was no bail set.

He has a lawyer.
Why that lawyer isn't filing habeas petitions every day is beyond me.

I keep trying to say, the angst towards Abbott and any other governor in this regard is very unproductively misplaced. Other than charging them with a violation of any state law that may apply, this is THE only thing that Abbott et al can do, turn them straight over to Border Patrol. Which in and of itself ain't helping to do anything but hasten the process of having the illegals released into our country, unabated.
Getting this simple thing wrong right from the jump, this misdirection of anger towards the wrong people, it's so very unproductive and does nothing but lead to unnecessary disarray and in-fighting. The Left must absolutely love it.

Why has he been in jail for 9 months? Is BLM there? Antifa? The Kavanaugh protesters? Madonna, who threatened to blow up the White House?

Which is not a very common move. I've literally got probably 125 felony level clients on bond at the current time. And maybe another 60 or 70 in jail, the vast majority of which do have bond set but just can't make it. A prosecution request to hold an individual without bond is typically in connection with domestic violence type cases wherein the state has shown at a separate hearing that there's an ongoing risk to the alleged victim, or in other select cases just the egregious nature of the allegations themselves. Oh and folks arrested for something but then catch a probation or parole hold, they'll often be held without bond as well. But I've got several murder and attempted murder clients who have bond set, regardless whether they can afford it or not.
Point being, these no bond holds for any crimes whatsoever charged in connection with 1/6 are flat out punitive in nature and a devilish tact for those federal prosecutors to take to begin with. Most allegations are misdemeanor or low level felonies. Absolutely atrocious. Unforgivable, mortal sin in the world of criminal law as far as I'm concerned.
