A friend of mine mom had a very nice house she rented out to a DR that happened to be a lesbian. House was worth probably 500K. She got behind on the rent. She asked me a and a buddy to go try and collect.
Went to the house and her partner didn't want to let us in but we got in anyway. They house probably had 30 cats in it and smelled so bad I could hardly breathe. The railing to the staircase had been destroyed. Cat shite was everywhere and it looked like a rugby team had been playing inside the house. Holes in all of the walls.
My friends mom was devastated. She thought since this woman was a Dr is he would make a good renter. Woman ended up doing about 40K worth of damage to the house. Dr skipped town. Friends mom was an attorney s she sued her and won but I doubt she ever collected.
Moral of the story is Lesbians tear shite up.

Oil isn't that big a deal, easily separates from water. Does not "destroy" environments for long.

Related but unrelated. I did some more research. If Samoa wanted to declare war against New Zealand, there might be some logistical hurdles:
