So don't mortgage your conscience on a job.
Yea just take out a 2nd mortgage on your house when you get fired.

None of that is relevant if you have a private employer.
It could become an EEOC issue, but I'm not going to say its going to be easy. Of course, if the company is not subject to the Civil Rights Act than that could be an issue.

Also, I don't see what legal right they have to mandate a "vaccine" that is not only not fda approved, but also doesn't prevent infections or transmission. What exactly is the end game for the employer?
Your employer can mandate pretty much anything he wants.
Likewise, unless you have a contract saying otherwise, he can fire you because he feels like it.

In an at will work state that’s exactly what they can do I’m afraid.

The better question is are the employers requiring these "vaccines" subjecting themselves to untold and unlimited liability if they force their employees to get the virus and they die or have severe reactions (side effects) as a result?
No, they are not. There is one source for vaccine related damages, and that’s the National vaccine compensation program.

So let's say they ask, I say yes I'm vaccinated. That's the end right?
If your employer says that’s the end, then sure. He can and likely would request proof of vaccination I’m guessing.
You refuse to show that on request, you’re likely getting let go if your employer has made the vaccinations mandatory and sticks to it. In which case you have zero recourse.

What legal recourse do every day employees have in the event of a Employer forced vaccination?
If you are black, or identify as black, you an file a suit on the basis that the requirement adversely affects black people due to the low percentage of black people vaccinated.
This is just another way to remove black people from employment disguised as a health mandate.

No they aren’t forcing you to do anything. You can leave.
There are some thing that they cannot require you to do.
If an employer tells you that you must refer to all black customers as "n****rs," your only recourse is not just to leave. And, given that taking a nonapproved, experimental drug where the COMPLETE IMMUNE manufacturers have admitted publicly that they cannot tell you the side effects would DEFINITELY fall on the side of something employers can't do.

You are saying that’s incorrect? Employers in at will states can largely do whatever they want to do as long as they stay in bounds of the federal discrimination stuff.

You are wrong. Employers nationwide are doing exactly that.

Yes. Saying employers can mandate whatever they want is silly. And any employer will tell you that you’re being silly. You’re a giant bitch about vaccine requirements. It’s probably because you’re a giant bitch.

In an at will state, yes they can as long as it does not violate a Federal protected class nor a contracted work situation. Sucks but that’s exactly what they can do!

Or get another job. Or use the emergency savings you are supposed to have to bridge the gap. Or start your own business.
What's more important, your house (which you basically rent anyway) or your health? Are you prepared for endless boosters?

The "discrimination stuff" is not the only things they are barred from doing.
Ever heard of OSHA?
They can't tell you to crawl out on the flimsy limb of 300 foot tree and cut off the end or you're fired.
There are plenty of restrictions on what employers are allowed to "force" you to do -- both at the federal and state levels.

Employers do LOTS of things they are not allowed to do. That's where the DOL and all of its subagencies come in. AND, at the end, that's where lawsuits come into play.
Even if you don't practice law IN THIS AREA, you can use your God given common f*cking sense. Do you really think it's completely legal (whether you're in an at-will state or not) that employers can force you to take experimental drugs that haven't been approved by the FDA mainly because they can't even begin to tell you the side effects of these drugs (AS DRUG MANUFACTURERS ARE REQUIRED TO DO -- ever listen to a commercial for any drug?). Add that the manufacturers have complete f*cking immunity to anything that happens to you and it doesn't take a f*cking genius to figure out -- YEAH, I THINK THAT'S PROBABLY NOT KOSHER.

They can pretty much require whatever they want to require. I don’t know why you think otherwise. As long as it’s not discriminatory under the federal framework, he can set pretty much any condition he wants to set. Do they set preposterous things? Usually not because they want employees.
Your employer can fire you because he’s in a bad mood or doesn’t like your shirt. I’m not sure why you think otherwise unless you live in a Union state.

I oppose vaccine mandates and requirements. Doesn’t mean that at-will employers can’t mandate them if they want to.

Once Walmart and the other giants announced, I lost all hope for anyone.
Their lawyers and lobbyists know the way the wind is blowing better than you and I.
