Scrolling though dating sites you see a lot of "Only swipe right if you will let me not be a "whatever job they have" anymore" or "I want someone who will treat me like a princess". Did the whole teamwork thing get thrown out the window?...

Hmmmm...I been in the real world for 15 years. Haven't worked 50-60 for extended periods in any of those 15 years...

I'm an entitled millennial, haha, but work life balance is my number one in priorities. I've always heard the money is great, but if you have to work a bunch of extra hours, then your hourly rate is more on par with other jobs. From what I hear they don't pay overtime but instead give you comp time...
