Wow, looks like the vast majority of ukranians want to give to Mother Russia what is Mother Russia's and end this..............

56 percent of Ukrainians who would agree to a “compromise” to end Europe’s bloodiest armed conflict since 1945, according to a survey released on Thursday by the Janus Institute for Strategic Studies and Forecasts and the SOCIS Center for Social and Marketing Research, both Kyiv-based pollsters.
The “compromise” means that Kyiv would have to agree to Russia’s de facto control of almost a fifth of Ukraine’s territory.
Another 16.6 percent of those polled would agree to a freeze along the current front lines, and only 12.8 percent want Kyiv to fight until it wins back all the land Russia has seized since 2014.

Unfortunately Russia wants it all and doesn’t agree.

At the end of the day I seriously doubt Russia will come out significantly ahead.
It’s said that Ukraine is the breadbasket of Europe with their immense grain production.
To Russia, the agriculture and minerals are worth the lives of all the lower class citizens that are sacrificed.

Most of russias casualties have been ethnic minorities from the east. They were more than willing to sacrifice them and depopulate Siberia
Ukrainians may hate them, but in 10, 20 years they will move on. Most people prefer peace over conflict. I’m sure the FSB will clean house with those who feel differently
You can shake your fists at how unjust it is for Russia to invade and conquer, it doesn’t change the fact they will be conquering
Long run Russia needs the population and resources, it’s a dying nation. Conquering Ukraine, another country with high abortion rate and low birth rate, is a temporary fix in the long run

Russia has set a world record for Internet shutdowns: in June of this year alone, 655 network shutdowns of varying magnitude were recorded in Russia.
This is more than twice the total number of Internet outages worldwide in 2024. Financial losses for one day of blocking across the entire Russia are estimated at tens of billions of rubles.
At the same time, the authorities of some Russian regions admitted that network blocking does not always occur due to UAVs raids. Law enforcement agencies in the community with providers assess the “operational situation” and make decisions on restrictions.
Strange. Other than UAV's, what could the local Russian authorities be worried about...?

The Fellas are eager to continue using other people's blood so that their hobby can continue.
In an imaginary address during his morning shower, Coeur Du Tigre urged resolve: "fight on, good mother of Ukraine. You have sacrificed both sons and now your husband of nearly twenty years. But we need your remaining nephews and perhaps your sole surviving brother to continue the fight".

I posted an analysis that said Russia will have to militarily occupy Ukraine, in heavy force, for the rest of all time, and still deal with an insurgency and acts of terrorism.
Someone laughed at the idea that Ukrainians would stage an insurgency against Russian occupation. "They don't have that in them!"
Uh... history suggests otherwise... and the same person blames "Ukrainian persecution of ethnic Russians in the Donbas" for the invasion in the first place. Ukraine is not Belarus... if they were, Putin would not have needed to invade them, as the Maidan Revolution would not have happened (cue: "That was Obama and Nuland, not Ukrainian citizens!!!").

If the EU members voted on it, and the majority voted in favor of kicking them out... how would that be non democratic?
Sending Hungary into an immediate partnership with Russia? LOL. That would encourage Russia to take ALL of Ukraine, as then they'd control Belarus, Ukraine, be allied with Hungary.

What choice would Hungary have if they are kicked out of NATO and the EU? They'd essentially be Ukraine circa 2018 at that point, which defeats the entire purpose of Globohomo fighting to "save" Ukraine.

The babushkas of Eastern Ukraine will take up arms against their Russian occupiers (after their 16 hour days working what's left of their farms and tending to the gravesites of their sons and grandsons)!!!

Putin thanked the US for not sending weapons saying....."It will bring the war to an end sooner".
This man is trolling with the best of them. You bet it will bring it to an end sooner. Lets see what ukraine can do on its own without daddy.

war crimes update.
Russian attack against Kherson hospital “war crime”, part of Russia’s deliberate campaign - top diplomat
02.07.2025 15:20
Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha of Ukraine called for sending the right signal to Russia after the shelling of a hospital in Kherson, strengthening Ukraine's capabilities, and increasing pressure on the aggressor state.
The minister made the statement via X, Ukrinform reports.
"This is a war crime, part of Russia's deliberate campaign to target hospitals," Sybiha stressed.
The minister recalled that together with his Lithuanian counterpart Kestutis Budrys he had recently visited the city where the two saw underground maternity wards and schools, as well as medics mounting electronic warfare devices on ambulances to protect them from Russian drones.
"This is the terrible daily reality for people in Kherson and throughout Ukraine. Moscow shows no willingness to put an end to the killings and seek a diplomatic solution. We must send the right signals to the aggressor by strengthening Ukraine’s capabilities and increasing pressure on Russia. This is the only way to force Moscow to end the war," the Foreign Minister wrote.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, Tuesday night, Russia shelled a hospital in Kherson, leaving over a hundred windows shattered, wards destroyed, and five patients and three medics injured.
