They probably know she has won, that's why they are taking SO LONG manipulating it to the point the can defeat her by a few 100 or few 1000 votes. The will steal it, then Trump needs to investigate that Arizona co. that was involved with all of those Penn. illegal ballots.

Rasmussen said today his polls show Trump was outperforming polls by 3.5%
