I'm not surprised this is what comes to your mind given your limitations but in the real world a conservative could make the objective judgment that Kari Lake is a shitty candidate because she lost an exceedingly winnable election, and at the same time because she's not a wacko liberal, also vote/pray like hell that she beats Gallego for this senate seat.

Underperforming

Yes. She is underperforming Trump’s numbers.

Just like she underperformed statewide Republican votes when she ran for governor.

How do you say "insurmountable lead" in plain English? Answer: Kari Lake.

Kirk is saying there is a decent path for Lake to win by 10K votes after doing a 'worst case scenario' math with the vote dumps.

Which I'm sure means she will lose by 500 votes in sure.

I think there are a lot of Rhinos that hate Trump in AZ and that hurts Kari because she is the female version of Trump. Trump is lucky there are also a lot of Redneck Latinos here, but Kari is running against 2 Latinos so it hurts her a little..

So Rinos that hate Trump vote for Trump, but take out their hate for Trump on Kari Lake?

Kari Lake is pulling Republicans just fine. I mean think about it - - - Republicans make up 35% of the Arizona electorate and she's getting 48% of the vote. There's not a lot of room there for Republican defections.

Remember that McCain was upside down with AZ Republicans at the end of his career. He was right side up with Dems and Indies. He was censured by AZ Rs for his shitty voting record (3 years before he cast the shitty Obamacare vote). AZ Republicans even censured his wife after he died for not supporting Trump.

No, Rhinos that hate Trump vote for neither of them, but Trump gets more of the Redneck Latino vote than her because she is running against 2 Latinos...One of those Latinos is an Independent pulling votes away from her, he has almost 60,000 votes so far. Get it now?

Likely financed by the DNC.

They did the same in WI.

You misspelled Kamala Harris

And yet you started out so well. 'K' 'a', then off the rails

I'm thinking a Green Party candidate no matter ethnicity is pulling more otherwise Dem votes than Republican votes.

The guy he's talking abou tin AZ is a Greenie?

The one in WI was not. He was supposedly "America First". Got almost the exact number of votes that Hovde "lost" by.

Seriously, last I looked without that guy there would only be a few hundred votes between Hovde and Baldwin.

There was a Green candidate as well in WI. RNC should have thrown a few million behind that nut.

Absolutely. Dems fund libertarians all the time.

It’s less about Lake and more about the voting habits of that state. They LOVE centrists (Read moderate democrats and RINOS). A flakey republican is the same as a democrat there (Flake, McCain) and dems with Sinema (being a centrist).

None of the above could be counted on when you needed one vote for a conservative bill. That’s what Arizona wants. Lake was an attempt to have a true conservative. They just don’t like the extremes in AZ. So whether se was replaced by a very weak ideologue republican or a moderate democrat, it didn’t really matter. They are both likely to vote the same way.

Eli Crane, Andy Biggs, Debbie Lesko and Paul Gosar are four of five Republican house members last congress and are four of the most conservative members of the house.

Ruben Gallego and Raul Grijalva are two of the three Dems in AZ’s last house delegation and are two of the most liberal members of the house.

That’s six of nine members of AZ’s house delegation that are anything but centrist.

I hope she proves to be conservative if she wins the senate seat, but you know she was an Obama girl not that long ago?

There’s nothing about conservatism that Kari Lake could teach the leaders of AZ’s conservatives - Eli Crane, Andy Biggs, Paul Gosar, Abe Hamadeh (replacing Lesko) and Doug Ducey.
