So you assume guilt?

Yes. Polk County. However, it's not sheriff's deputies. It is Lakeland City Police (see side of police car).
Correct, but it would be grady's jail they took him to, post arrest. Upon reviewing inmates booked into polk jail saturday and sunday, not a 1 looks like dude in the video. Now could they have just simply removed him or issued a notice of appearance, yes... but I'm seeing 0 evidence dude was arrested, as claimed.

Looks like he was in a park that was prob rented by the organization.
If tickets were sold or needed, and he didn’t have them, he had no right to be there.
If he were asked to leave by the private event, he had no right to be there.
Guys, I found the idiot who doesn't understand the First Amendment or traditional public forums!

Look at this moron right here. See? This is why you don't engage with SFP. He should be smart enough to know the difference between these two events, and he likely does know that difference. He is simply trying to play stupid word games. He has no interest in honest discussion. Ignore this idiot in all situations.

Private event organizers cannot require you to leave a public place.
You don't believe this,
If you rent a picnic pavilion at your local city park for your family reunion of 30 people, and some random people come and occupy the picnic tables so that your family can't use the space, you're saying that the interlopers can't be required to leave the space you rented. That's bullshite, and you know it.

I can't watch anymore of these. Just makes me very very irrationally agro. The bulk of these cretins have to be on somebody's roster for causing shite.

Most PDs in GA have booking areas where they can process and bond out some low level offenses that stay in city court

Guys, I found the idiot that doesn't believe that public spaces can be rented by private groups.
See my example above. I didn't read all the details of this situation, but you have to be pretty stupid to not grasp that private groups can rent public spaces for their private use.

I'm not trying to sound like an a-hole but the preacher probably deserved it. This would be like me attending a black Hip Hop music festival screaming about how wonderful white people are and how terrible black people are.. it's just not going to end well.. kind of the same concept
It's just stupid
It's just stupid

When he’s charged for trespassing you can surly get him off then!

What difference?
Both involve spaces typically open to the public that gave a temporary, exclusive use of an area of that generally public space, to specific groups.
In fact, if people secured a permit for a private event, they have even more justification for expulsion of people from that area of exclusive use

Again, you just don't get it.
A private group renting out a public park for an event for the public....does not turn that public park into private property.
What part of that don't you understand?

Naw. Karmelo didn't have a right to be there and this person didn't (within the scenario to which I'm posting).

The part where they want the street preacher to be in the wrong no matter what.

We’re in agreement then. I thought you were suggesting the opposite.
