Looks like he was in a park that was prob rented by the organization.
If tickets were sold or needed, and he didn’t have them, he had no right to be there.
If he were asked to leave by the private event, he had no right to be there.

He's in the park. Is it your assumption that he broke in?

Private event organizers cannot require you to leave a public place.

Schools public places?
Universities public places?
Concerts at city park public places?
Mardi Gras parade routes public places?

If you’re causing a scene at any of those places, organizers or govt can ask or demand you leave.

Nah, this is a public place. Anyone can walk up and attend this in a public park.

Unless he’s threatening someone, amplifying his voice, blocking emergency exits, showing signs of severe intoxication, or something like that, he’s allowed to do this. Unless there’s something that happened that we can’t see here, this may be problematic for the police.

Oh this dude getting paid. Public park, can't remove him for free speech. He's gonna get a lot from a settlement. You can't get physical with someone just for speaking in a public place (as long as it's not threatening, drunk, etc).

Disclaimer: I didn't hear what he was saying or maybe he did something before hand as it's a short video. If so then ignore.

He is standing on a public sidewalk. The park is wide open with no fences or gates. That means, there are no tickets being sold. It does not matter if he is asked to leave. He isn't touching anyone or anyone's property. If you want to have a private event, fine. You can't prevent someone for speaking out on public property.

Yes. Polk County. However, it's not sheriff's deputies. It is Lakeland City Police (see side of police car).
