Any county who doesn’t have their count in by 5pm the day following election day, does not get counted.

I can see that but at what point does someone with common sense say that this is BS and get it done in a timely fashion and be done. HELL LA county has 94% of their vote counted and I think its the most populated county in America.

pass a law voting results have to be counted 24 hours after election stations have closed.

Technically, they have until December 17th, right? That's when the actual electoral votes are certified.
