There is still no verdict? Kyle R best be getting ready for a guilty verdict on a charge somewhere. There is no possible explanation why this jury is out this long, based on the case the State presented.

thoughts are the jury foreman is a rogue juror and is holding the jury hostage.

Ahhh.
Well, can't be a doctor as I've never seen one with legible handwriting.

No, someone tweeting in that Juror 54's occupation on their jury info was a pharmacist.
They haven't gone back to see if that was true from the beginning during jury selection or not.

It's a nurse, likely an NP 100%. I've seen a million of those

You do realize, it only takes 1 hold out, on one of the charges to continue deliberations. My guess is there is a holdout and they are trying to convince that person with evidence that it doesn’t meet the burden of law by the instructions they were given.
If there is 1 holdout, they need to go through all the evidence and testimony again to try and change their mind. That can take time. Also, it’s pretty telling that we haven’t seen any other questions or requests for video at this point.
I imagine we hear from the jury by end of today on a request for video to watch tomorrow OR that they are at an impasse

Not as long as there is at least one person digging his heels in. If I'm in that box I'm holding firm for as long as it takes. Based on the evidence presented, there is not a chance in hell I would allow Kyle to convicted a single charge.

there is zero evidence that Kyle is guilty of anything

This is why I hate that it has to be unanimous for not guilty. I'm fine with unanimous for someone to be guilty because you are presumed to be innocent and if the state can't prove your guilt unanimously then too bad for them. Instead, you can have 1 person dig in their heels because they just don't like someone and prevent an acquittal allowing the State to get another crack at it. I hate it.

Look, I hope you are right. Still think they have been warned about letting him go and what will happen to them and the town.
It's looking like we're going to get another day of deliberation. It's almost 3 now.

I've been busy all day, can someone provide a quick update on the day's happenings?

As they were saying on Rekieta…..
“Please prepare… we will let you know when ready”. As if the judge is at her service.
This chick thinks she owns the courtroom. And that’s your foreman.
Expect a hung jury.
