Kamala is seriously thinking about a 2028 run?

AP News
Two things come to mind:
1) I really can't imagine the Dems have no one better to run than this ignorant clown. I think that if the Dems had offered any competent candidate in 2024, Trump would not be POTUS.
2) I can't imagine running some Senate or House campaign and thinking that bringing-in Harris would be a good strategy in the last few weeks before election day.
Seriously. Who does she think she is helping?

ATLANTA (AP) — Kamala Harris is building out her final fall campaign blitz on behalf of other Democrats, completing a midterm schedule that by Election Day will have taken her to multiple early presidential primary states on Democrats’ 2028 calendar as the former vice president mulls whether to seek the White House again.
Spanning from Oct. 21 to Oct. 30, Harris’ expanded closing stretch will now include New Hampshire, Wisconsin and Mississippi, along with a virtual event in Florida, according to a schedule her office shared first with The Associated Press. Harris already had announced late October stops in Georgia and Nevada.
Harris has said in multiple recent interviews that she’s focused on helping Democrats win in November. But she’s not ruled out another presidential campaign after losing the 2024 general election to Donald Trump.

It’s her ego.
And I hope she runs. The party will grease the primaries for her because she’s a blackish female and she’ll get trounced in the general because in terms of likability, she makes Hillary Clinton look like Steve Irwin.

If jd Vance runs for the republicans we’ll have no choice but to vote for an Indian
They’re gonna have to change what the I in miga stands for

If votes actually mattered to them we wouldn’t get these cartoon candidates. The past two Democrat presidential tickets have been the weakest tickets in US history by light years and they “won” with one of them.

This is less about harvesting votes than harvesting contributions. They get a “star” like her to show up and some wealthy democrat donors will go just to rub elbows with the famous. And if they go they’ll likely contribute. In fact, it might be a ticketed event.

Dems are watching some of the midterms to gauge a Kamala run again especially looking if Keisha Lance Bottoms and Homosexual Talarico can win in Georgia and Texas. I don't see a way they can trot Kamala out there again, but stranger things have happened and if high gasoline, high Diesel, Inflation, high Mortgage Rates, high grocery prices, and Iran war continue on the Dems might be able to trot her out there and win.

I doubt people will vote for Kamala over this as she has no plan to make it better and most know it would only get worse. I appreciate your opinion though, Mr 24k

She’s just continuing the grift

If they have a proper primary, she will jump in. She will perform worse than she did the first time she jumped in a primary and won't go far.
The Dems will need to find a legitimate candidate that gets more than their base excited to go vote.
Kamala is not that person.

Your first thought is quite likely true…
Your second thought depends upon the specific race in question
I’d be surprised if Kamala even sniffs
the nomination in ‘28…

That cackling fool grifter thinks she is a viable candidate because of the MSM pandering in her interviews. She’s a ‘legend in her own mind’ and will blackmail her Party to be paid to go away. That laugh is like Mamdani’s grin; it’s phantomesque and a subterfuge for the horrific consequences of the policy behind the happy face.

Problem is, there really isn’t any longer a Democrat “base” in the way that term is traditionally understood - unless you want to consider their burgeoning outright socialist wing, which I think may soon constitute it, if it doesn’t already.

Republicans will be in the same situation when Trump leaves. The whole maga crowd is turning off the average republican and the candidates to rally around don’t have enough charisma to match trump

Is this really happening? Do candidates really want this drunk failure near their campaign?
