I'm on the verge. Huntsville... With demand sky high, housing insurance continuing to go up and the bubble we're on I figure it might be a good idea to sell, pocket 100k and suck up apartment life until the market crashes.

Enjoy. We live in the corner of Fulton next to Cherokee/Forsyth. This place was solid red for a long time, it's purple and I suspect blue any day now. I really don't think Cherokee will be much different. Keep those moving boxes... sadly.

In 3-5 years, you’re gonna need to head further north to Canton. Communism is a disease

We need more Baws in Northwest Arkansas.

Sure, the soy is trying to take over, but the criminal element is still pretty low. Even if you live in the sticks, your commute into the job centers is a joke compared to big city living.

Come to us, please. Halp us.

I was able to spend a week in Woodstock for work last year. Cool downtown area with basically everything you need down the highway.

If you really want out of the rat race move to Hampstead NC or Topsail NC. Either will get you very near to this

Forsyth here. It has been a solid red county, but with the southern half of the county exploding, the voting pattern turns less red and more blue every election. Long timers, who remember what the County once was, won’t know what hit them when (not if) it goes blue one day.

lived in Suwanee, from 2010 to 2016. It was a really nice area and good for the kids.

Lived there around the same timeframe .

Lived near Suwannee town center and peach tree industrial . I didn’t like the traffic but that was a good area to live . Anything you could want was close by . And man I’d kill for a Publix

Woodstock is nice. Reformation Brewery is a good time.

I live in Paulding county. Furthest south I go is to The Battery for Braves games.

I should've threw up a bat signal to a few of you baws before I moved this year. We had a great place on Allatoona we sold and moved to S.Ga. I had a great slip at Holiday marina in Acworth where me and a bunch of MAGAs got together and partook most weekends

Smart man. I could make the same post about New Orleans. I moved away after 43 years to the 30A of Florida. So peaceful, so conservative, no crime or violence, beautiful nature.

Honestly I would just skip Canton all together and go ahead and move up to Ellijay, Blue Ridge, or Mineral Bluff. You will be safe up there for the next 20 to 25 years. If I were older I would go ahead and head up that way myself.

Congrats baw, I’m leaving this shithole forever in June. Not sure where I am going yet but I know it’s not gonna be in Atlanta.
