Dropbox should be used and not emailing.

This idiot tried to say the filename may change when it is saved.

what are they fighting over exactly?

State intentionally sent a shitty copy of the video to the Defense while keeping a better quality video for themselves.

So prosecution is wanting to show this video to jurors?
Defense doesn't want to?

Dough boy is in some shite baws. Not just sanctionable but if they get a mistrial with prejudice the country is going to blame him for no verdict. Sent it FROM HIS PERSONAL GMAIL. Bro wtf were you doing.

I have zero issue with the jury seeing a video of an incident as many times as they need to to analyze them more closely. I get the issue with emphasis, but I don't see how that implicates Kyle here. If anything, closer review will prove his innocence.
Except that it’s the doctored version of the zoomed in drone footage, that is also being criticized in an existing motion that the judge claims he hasn’t read yet.

The jury doesn’t have a raw unedited/unenhanced version of this video. They only have the blurry one the prosecutors introduced that used a video company to zoom in and fabricate/predict pixels that didn’t exist.

And this version makes it look like Kyle switched his rifle to his left side, shouldered the stock in his left shoulder, and pointed the barrel head-height at or towards Zeminski.

Which again, is a complete illogical fallacy, as the rifle was strapped for right-handed use. For Kyle to have shouldered it in his left shoulder, the strap attached to the stock would have had to cross Kyles face, then would have been so taught that he couldn’t raise the barrel, and if he fired that way, the smoldering hot empty bullet cartridge would have ejected directly into his face… because it’s a right-handed rifle.

Meanwhile, there is other video from much closer but at a different angle that begins 1-2 seconds after this that shows Kyle with his rifle in his right arm pointing down and him turning to run away. But this isn’t the video the jury wants to see. They want the prosecutor’s doctored video. And the judge is just flippantly allowing it without knowing the video is part of their motion showing prosecutorial misconduct.

"Too much has been made of this image." It's the image you submitted as evidence.

Why the HECK is the Defense not pushing the issue ?? This should be dismissed, at once!

This is like a coach just watching the clock run down to zero and not calling time out!! DO SOMETHING !

OMG imagine being Kyle look he looks petrified. A bunch of State lawyers lying and people dumb to how State Crime Labs get files and thumb drives.

IMG-059 just entered the chat and made these old people stretch this to 5 more days

Judge is queasy I wonder if he will ramble about Nixon and reading a paper he delivered when he was a wee lad?

I defend old people but

Oh wait now the State attorney is backing away from the exhibits Image...

This is exactly what happens every time. The prosecution keeps talking until the judge comes to their side and the defense says NOTHING
