You are a bit sensitive. I wasn't triggered/upset by your question. I was making a broader point that this move is so out of line that logically, this is about a hell of a lot more than the merits of the Flynn case.

The judge is black so he knows any criticism he receives will be shouted down as "racist" by the media so he figures he can do whatever he wants to, lifetime appointment with a press shield.

The headline of that article is very telling.
Sullivan is the presiding judge. He has no business having “interests” in the Flynn case. His one job is to preside over the case justly and fairly. Anything else is bordering on the unethical.
