As a non-Lawyer here, I gotta say, I'm more than a bit disappointed that given all the Lawyers on Tiger droppings not one has come up with a sure fired legal maneuver to slap down that crazy judge.
Maybe somebody can answer these two questions as a laymen translation, One, is this last move just insane desperation, or two, is it a valid legal play that this judge can use to continue to persecute General Flynn?

My question is which direction is this going.
Is this about Flynn’s ability to cut through the Washington horseshite and find out who did what on matters *outside* of the frame job on him?
