This is so outlandishly hilarious and satisfying that it’s hard to believe

Why would you link to twitter when you could get that from a decent source? Is Gateway Pundit offline today?
If you had a decent source, maybe then you wouldn't be posting this misleading crap.
This is what the judge accually ruled:
It is typical for a judge to prohibit the use of the loaded term "victim" during trial.
The judge prohibited Rittenhouse’s lawyers from using the terms “rioters” and “looters” in opening statements and during the trial, but allowed them to use them in closing arguments if evidence presented at trial showed them to have engaged in criminal activity.

Rittenhouse’s lawyers can refer to the men he shot as “rioters” and “looters,” but prosecutors still may not call them “victims” at any time during the teen’s upcoming murder trial, a judge ruled Monday.
Circuit Judge Bruce Schroeder cautioned the defense team against using pejorative terms during opening statements, but he said they could use them in their closing arguments if the evidence showed the men engaged in criminal acts.

This will just about break the hearts of Vinnie Politan and Julie Grant of Court TV.
Who have already given every indication that they would prefer this be another pacification trial to make an example of Rittenhouse as was done to Chauvin.

I'm sure in your twisted mind, slashing at someone's head with skateboard or attempting to engage with pistol (felon on possession of weapon) aren't criminal activities.
It's all on video and I'm confident the judge knows it.

This is the weak thinking that has allowed a person being attacked by a mob to face charges for defending himself.

And then said the following;

Context matters.

You act as if the right to defend yourself isn't violated by federal and state governments every day. Rittenhouse is simply the most glaring example lately. There is now an entire industry around insuring gun owners who have to use their weapon defending themselves or others. Think about why.
Were you ready to go out in a blaze of glory over the St. Louis couple who faced charges for defending their lives and property? I stand with you, if you are an actual patriot. But we have to hold our water until enough people recognize that it is time to do something. It's too easy to demonize and marginalize individuals and small groups as fringe nutjobs.

The judge can do whatever he wants, but the jury will be deciding KR's fate and there's no way they're going to let him off. Just like in the Derek Chauvin trial, the jurors will know what's going to happen if they let him walk. There's zero chance of this kid getting a fair trial and he'll be in jail for a long time because mob rule has taken over in this country.

Not plowing thru the link but if your OP Title is close to accurate, this is a great victory for justice.
