Judge rules/allows Kari Lake to examine ballot signature verification

The judge did not rule that Kari Lake gets to examine ballot signatures. The judge denied the dismissal of Lake's plea, which means there'll be a hearing where both sides make their arguments and then the judge will decide what happens next, if anything.

Signatures are a legit issue, so hopefully KL can get her hands on them but some of the legal commentary about this is fairly pessimistic.

I don't think his team is even planning on getting him elected.

Pity.

Elections are pretty much handled on the State and local levels. Litigation is the only real option to clean up the corruption.

Ronbots are big mad. They say 2020 was the most secure election in history.

You're nuts. And you're paranoid. No real people on the right side of the spectrum think 2020 was the most secure election. I guess except for the politicians. And that is where the problem lies. Razz their azzes.

She got over 100k fewer votes than Doug Ducey did in 2018.

It’s almost like telling people not to vote for you makes you lose or something

Wanna know how I know you get your election stats from DU?

I can only hope that it also catches enough election fraudsters that it makes future fraud greatly reduced. Demprogs will be demprogs though and they have gotten arrogantly blatant about their cheating ways of late.

Let's just say she somehow proves her case... What then? Immediate reinstatement to a partial term? Roll back of implemented policies?

There is no plan which is why she won't win. Complete cluster

Everything moving so slow is why people feel it's okay to cheat. By the time shite comes to light, many years have passed and the people who cheated have long since retired...after enjoying the fruits of their cheating.

ATP her fight is to try to force clean up the election process, so that the future ones don't have to go thru this.

These things take so long, why all the people that use the "50+ judges and Barr said there was nothing wrong" stance are disingenuous or straight 'tards. No way national election issues of the scale we all suspect could be looked into in less than 3 months.

As to the OP...what I found interesting was that she said she walked away from a 7-figure a year contract. I'm sure not much to do to prove/disprove that, but crazy if the case.

It’s quite amazing how little some of you understand about State elections. A president should never be involved with state by state elections. That is for the elected governor. DeSantis did just that with FL elections by cleaning up examples like Broward county’s corruption
