If SCOTUS doesn’t step in before too long, they will force Trump to defy some of these orders. Other option would be to acquiesce and cede all Executive power to the Judicial branch.

To be fair, when DOGE was pitched in the pre-election rallies, I was under the impression that DOGE was basically an auditing department that would recommend/advise Trump & his cabinet on what agencies/programs/organizations/leaders to cut/defund/fire. I didn't know DOGE would be given power to do the defunding & firing.

Simple resolution: let Elon tell an "elected" official or confirmed cabinet member who to fire & what to defund. It takes an extra step by having to relay the info, but it avoids frivolous activist judge delays.

this is the gameplan

then theyll sell the outrage as him being a dictator, and use it to run up a billion dollar midterm fundraising grift.

The left wants to force him to ignore the rulings to kickoff the constitutional crisis/impeachment process.

No, doge is making the recommendations. They have no authority to fire or defund. That’s is Trump’s prerogative

This use absolutely the play and there are enough rinos afraid of what Musk is finding to impeach in the house. They will not allow fedgov to be reigned in make no mistake. Clip and save this post

Is the court going to address why a state has authority over a decision made in the executive branch under the constitutional authority of the executive branch

They will just continuous file suits, wait for it to get to the SC and rinse and repeat for the next four years if the Supreme court does not come forward with a clear ruling to stop this nonsense.

Otherwise the SC has no standing because a federal judge in DC is deciding law for the US.

They're trying to argue he's violating the appointments clause. He's not because they geniusly renamed the U.S. Digital Services to DOGE. Obama started USDS via executive order because of the shite show that was healthcare.gov (obamacare website). It's funding has since been appropriated by congress, giving it legitimate staying power.

The head of the U.S. Digital Service (USDS) does not have to be confirmed by the Senate. The USDS operates within the Executive Office of the President and as such, its leadership appointments do not require Senate confirmation.

Here's the U.S. Digital Services original intent (sounds DOGEy to me):
quote:

1. Enhance User Experience: USDS aimed to transform government websites, applications, and services to be as intuitive and seamless as leading private sector digital products. This included simplifying processes for citizens to interact with government services, like filing taxes or applying for benefits.

2. Increase Efficiency: By applying technology and design thinking, USDS sought to reduce the cost and complexity of government operations, making them more efficient. This involved modernizing outdated IT systems and improving data management practices.

3. Drive Innovation: The service was meant to foster innovation within government by bringing in tech talent from Silicon Valley and other tech hubs, thereby importing cutting-edge technology practices into the public sector.

4. Solve Complex Problems: USDS was tasked with tackling some of the government's most pressing digital challenges, such as cybersecurity, data breaches, and the modernization of critical systems like healthcare.gov.

5. Improve Government Transparency and Accountability: By enhancing the digital infrastructure, USDS aimed to make government more transparent, allowing for better tracking of how services are delivered and how taxpayer money is spent.

6. Cultural Change in Government: There was an intent to change the culture within government agencies, encouraging a mindset shift towards agility, collaboration, and a user-first approach in technology development.

The in-your-face political bias and corruption in the one place that is supposed to be free of it (our “justice” system) is frankly infuriating. I hope we see some judicial impeachments this year.

Do we not have a ruling in Trump’s favor regarding this (similar suits)

Even if they get their ruling, it should be ignored and the favorable ruling should be followed until SCOTUS weighs in
