Where did I say that? I said you can't impose the daughter's bias onto the judge. I also said the daughter has nothing to do with this case or the ruling. Trump should be able to speak about whomever and about whatever he wants so the gag order is ridiculous. However, the judge's bias is his own and it's not given to him because of his daughter. Why is that such a hard concept for you all to understand?

Appearance of bias is enough for a recusal. A lot of people might make decisions that help their immediate family.
