The whole point of the board is that it's a discussion board. Being wrong shouldn't get you banned. Within reason being an a-hole shouldn't get you banned

Think about it. If females didn't wear make-up then the vast majority of them would never even get a second look. Kind of makes you wonder exactly who are the instigators of harassment.

I like Peterson and I’m sure he makes good points in the video but women could be wearing makeup to look presentable to clients more than other employees at their business. Did he ever address that? Can’t watch the video right now
ETA: watched the video. I think Peterson is 100% right, but I also think some women can be doing it for clients/business contacts. Not that they are trying to provoke a sexual encounter but just that they want to feel confident and look their best (not necessarily to their coworkers)
