With him coming out and saying this, he needs to convince whomever the correct authorities are to formally investigate and file charges.
Does he need to engage Kash, or does he have the authority as VP to collect evidence and present it to the prosecutor?

No matter. I'm sure even *if* they finally go after her, some Godless activist judge will rule deporting her or jailing her or even fining her is somehow, in some way, magically against the Constitution. Even though of course these judges are never, ever, *EVER* required to explain precisely *HOW* exactly.

They are relatively attractive women of color, are outspoken even when they don't know what they are talking about, and obviously agreed to do whatever they are told. Women like this are being targeted across the country to win local elections and get a younger voice for the democrat party puppeteers. AOC was ran against an incumbent democrat in a NY county that only elects democrats. She was an unknown candidate and raised over 2 million dollars in various small contributions.

Deport her arse asap. Idc about the eventual msm fearmongering about how deporting her will disenfranchise all the American people who voted for her to represent them, essentially stealing their voices. Because none of that mattered when they impeached trump multiple times, tried to imprison trump, celebrated the attempts on his life. At no point was anyone worried about disenfranchising trump's voters. If anything, we were and still are being dehumanized along with trump, by Democrats and msm.
