bro. breathe.
he had no intention of voting, never applied for a ballot, and never attested to a fake identity. you dont have to pretend this is legit just because you have a D next to your name.

Onus is always on the state to prove their case.
The fact that he wasn’t caught and didn’t actually vote or cast a ballot will help his case. The case was only brought to light when the accused purposefully brought the whole thing to light. So the state can’t say he intended to vote, but didn’t because he was caught. Because he never voted and walked away before being caught he can argue he never intended to vote
But being in this leftest shithole city/state he will have the legal system stacked against him in a big way.

While I can see how there should be, I can also see how this could be abused by virtually anyone. “No officer, I wasn’t soliciting prostitution, I’m a citizen journalist working on a “story” about how easy it is to find a prostitute”
That is pretty much the story for every perp arrested for kiddie porn.
They are either trying to get a groundbreaking expose'.
Or some kid is in trouble and they are trying to help him/her out.

Don't you have to vote or attempt to vote to commit voter fraud? How is going to a poll to demonstrate poll worker fraud, without any intention of actually voting, voter fraud?

I bet that they didn't actually vote.
Didn't speak the language with the special greeting.

cool, except they never applied for a ballot.
Imagine how big a piece of shite you would have to be, in order to be cheering on this "prosecution."

From what I understand, he wasn't "caught" until he released the video showing what happened.

Sounds like the same thing California did with Nick Shirley - if you try to expose our fraud and illegal voting operation, you’ll be punished.
We know you support the fraud and illegal voting operation, this is why you’re pleased by that

TGIF Friday's CEO should have been charged with endangering the public with its food.
Drinks though were not half bad.

setting themselves up for selective prosecution. great start.
Doesn’t sound selective at all. They tried to impersonate registered voters and cast illegal ballots. That is a crime in all 50 states.

wonder if I can submit this to Trump's voter fraud hotline...
Hey genius, the only way he was "caught" was because he released a video of what he did. Had he not done that Minnesota would have not realized anything had happened...like voter fraud!

Is there any better proof of the upside down clown world we live in?
Instead of being concerned about the ease to commit voter fraud, those idiots go after those exposing it.
Same is happening in California.

Is the burden on the state to prove he cast a vote?
Posted on 10/28/26 at 3:38 pm to Green Chili Tiger
funny how republicans are the only ones ever charged with voter fraud.

Any comment on how easy it was for them?
