Regarding the Iran war.

Out of:

1. Fully support.
2. Somewhat support
3. Strongly disappointed
4. Mildly disappointed

I'm in the Mildly disappointed camp.

If you look at the reactions to threads that are critical of Trump, it is kinda already pansy talk.

The board has really turned the past couple of weeks. There are 5-10 diehards left.

Im going to save this thread for the first week of January when the fricking a-hole Dems that won the Mid terms are sworn in and they start the Impeachment process that day. All of these Die Hard Maga bros who cant admit Trump fricked up are going to look real dumb. Iran was never worth losing elections.

None of us care about the 2020 election or a lot of the things that seem to distract Trump daily.

The fact that he’s convinced the election was stolen has all this evidence related to the steal and has done nothing formally to investigate and prosecute tells you everything you need to know.

If we can’t even have real elections what is the point of caring about all the other stuff when the will of the people is ignored. You have half of Mexico living in America because the will of the people was ignored.

The social contract has been broken and participating in the kabuki theatre is a humiliation ritual.

The only way to win is to not play.

Welcome to the new normal. When in your life have you ever seen the price of anything go down? Inflation is going to persist no matter who is in office mainly due to fed policy.

Ah, yes. I know most of us look back fondly on the Obama years because the markets did just fine back then too…

It's a bit sudden.

The Feb/Mar version of these posters would've crucified their current selves.

All you have to do is complement him on his beautiful ballroom design or golf game to get what you want. Bibi, Lindsey and others played him.

And now Iran is playing him… this administration is so rudderless. Who the hell knows what direction it will take tomorrow and then back down, rinse and repeat. Amateur hour in the extreme.

I think something worth pointing it out is that a trump is certainly not anti war and is more aligned with neo con’s than many had thought.

I never really bought his claims of being against war or military involvement. He always seemed to be more interventionist than he led on

What I find comical is how people have defended his military leanings when his platform was generally anti war. I have family that are strong military supporters who now love Trump but didn’t really like him before he started the war with Iran…

Back in the day my Great Grandmother who was born in 1907 would complain if someone shorted her a penny.

As a kid I thought it was weird and crazy that she made such a big deal.

As an adult I learned about the Fed and now I realize - a penny was worth a lot more when she was young.

In 10-20 years my great grandchildren will be like - I can't believe my great grandpa made such a big deal about being shorted a dollar.

Huh, anyone could do this if they own "oil stocks"

People in his administration would have already known before the ceasefire announcements and probably made millions off selling particular oil stocks right before he announced the ceasefires on Truth Social.

It directly violates the 2012 STOCK Act which prohibits government officials from leveraging non-public information for financial gain.

This definitely has not gone as planned.

However, if the end results is that countries in that area build more pipeline infrastructure and Iran ends up with far less influence, or practically none at all, then it will be a win.

For now, it is politically damaging and hurts his Presidency.

Maybe. Not as braindead as the morons who would vote for a side that thinks a man can be a “real woman” by just staying he feels that way
