So blacks make up app 12% of the population and probably half don't vote. Ole Hank is reaching out to blacks that vote demoncrat 90% of the time. So he might scare those that don't vote into voting but seems to me they need to concentrate on whites and certainly white independents if they have a chance in November. OMB will certainly work on some but they better come up with some "these things are what we will do different if elected". They don't have anything so they better hurry and make up some lies.
