Trump tried for four years by consistently hiring foxes to run the henhouse or bringing back the neocons that other neocons yeeshed about but were still somehow more competent and clear eyed than the purely Trump minions.

Not all Trump voters are the same and you have ones that truly voted for Trump. You have others that don't like him but only voted because he was lessor of the two evils.

So the best way is to primary the Rinos out and root out the rest of the traitors within the party. Replace them with more patriotic minded candidates. It is the only way we have a chance to break the uniparty.

That happened in 2010. Most of those candidates, after being elected, went back on most of their promises and proved to be the same sort of globalist tools they replaced. You aren't going to win in the republican party. It's going to hurt to remove them, but that hurt is unavoidable. The formerly carefully split chamber of commerce machine has gone all in with the left. The GOP's function now is merely to prevent more Trump-like nationalists from succeeding.

Bingo... the GOP is way too far gone to salvage... the minute they think they are losing power, they will repackage and wait it out like the did ala-Tea Party... Then lay a fricking to their supporters in the name of gentlemanship and political survival...

I tend to agree with this. All you have to do is look at the left for the game plan. Old style Liberals are a dying breed in the Democrat Party. AOC and the like are essentially running that show at this point and it'll only become more pronounced. They did not start their own Democratic Socialist Party...they simply took over the Democrats.
The actual right already owns the vast majority of the GOP...just need to exert the same effort. Frankly, I think it'll be an easier rode than the far left had in taking over their party.

I realize it feels good, but it will only be temporary.
I certainly don't have the answer here....other than let the DEMS self destruct over the next few terms.

I have change my registration to independent. I am done voting for republicans on a national level but I still support Desantis.
