It would also take time - a lot of time. And money. And an agreed upon plan of action.
The next election is 17 months away. We would, IMO, be better off focusing our attention on recruiting candidates to primary the RINO's.
If, after a couple of elections you have a solid foundation of people who have been recently elected who are willing to jump ship then you can make your move.
