They don’t have the MOP. It is a thirty thousand pound bomb and they don’t have a jet to carry one. The B-2 bomber can carry two and drop them in succession to increase penetration. A B-1B can as can a B-52 but are vulnerable.

The Jerusalem Post report that Twitter feeds seem to be referencing says “according to sources.” It’s not unreasonable to ask for more confirmation than that, jack arse.
