Rubio voted to confirm activist judge David Leibowitz. He wasn't the only Republican to do so, either. Leibowitz is the federal judge who ruled yesterday that barring non citizens from voting in federal elections is unconstitutional. We are living in a Bizzarro World.

Exactly. I will not ever vote for Rubio to lead this country. Rubio is a follower, can carry out an order, and read a teleprompter. You can even bet your last dollar the MSM provides his questions upfront because the MSM would love to see Rubio in charge, carrying out their agenda.

President Joe Biden nominated Leibowitz to the federal bench in 2024. The Senate confirmed him, 64-33, in a bipartisan vote, with then-Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., voting in favor. I think it is a safe bet that all Senate Dems voted for him. I'll need to dig a little to uncover the Republican votes to confirm him.

Because of the 12th Amendment of the US Constitution which is the law of the land for those of you that seem to keep forgetting it or what the Constitution actually is makes it very complicated to have a Presidential nominee in a vice president nominee from the same state. Brandon Gill and Wesley hunt are from the same state
