There are lots of hyper-conservative latinos/hispanics in TX who don't count in that 37%
Trump was able to swing a lot of non-conservative latino/hispanic areas in 2024.

You know the poll is bullshite simply because the Abbott race is not going to be close.
Paxton is also going to win.

Nobody in the media/left is talking about the internal fight between the Jasmine Crockett/Collin Allred Black Power faction & the Talarico campaign. Crockett has yet to endorse or do any campaigning for Talarico. She truly hates him & my guess is she & her ilk are holding out for a big check from the campaign.
The key in this race is how many of the Bush/Rove RINOs don’t vote at all or actually vote for Talarico. I just don’t see a huge percentage Black/Hispanic males putting in effort to go to a site to press a voting lever for an effeminate, obviously closeted White Austin soy boy. The Left refuses to acknowledge that a large majority of straight Black & Hispanic males are not voting for a gay White male.

Not a 1:1 comparison but the huge amount of yard signs for Fleming versus virtually none for Letlow (I think I saw one for her versus hundreds for Fleming in the same timespan) have made me question how useful of a gage yard signs actually are as an indication of how the dice land come Election Day.

Yard signs are typically more indicative the more local you get.
Like with lawyers who buy 1 or 2 billboards, it's about the ego of the person on the sign more than anything else.

No it’s been happening en masse in Texas since 1980. The amount of Texans who were born to Illegal Immigrants aka anchor babies is too many to even count. They don’t even know the actual numbers. That’s one reason Texas is trending the way it is. Maybe actual Texans should have put a stop to this decades ago? The state is loaded with either Illegal Immigrants or the children of Illegal Immigrants.

Something I've noticed in these 'Texas is going blue' threads is that all we hear is how bad Paxton is and the Rs are. But we never seem to discuss his worse opponent. And in a race against the hungry tiger, you don't need to be the fastest man in the world. You just need to be faster than your opponent. And that's who Paxton is.
No honest person can say Talarico's politics are better for Texas than Paxton's. It's not even close. That's why Talarico is raising money in California. So if that's what they want, then they want just say it. Stop talking about morals when you are okay with child mutilation and sexual abuse.

Yeah. It’s been this way for decades.
I been to texas a lot over the last 30 years and it’s been obvious that they have a large Latino community. No clue how many are illegal.
Still the state has voted Republican so it seems to me these Latinos aren’t democrat or liberal. So why the shift to democrat in this election?
