is Talarico gay?

Lets see. He is a 37 year old Presbyterian preacher turned state rep. His man focus while a Texas state rep has been LBGTQBS rights. He represents the most liberal area of Texas in Austin.
I asked AI if he was gay and this was its response:
"There is no public record or official statement indicating that James Talarico is gay. He has kept his romantic and personal life entirely private, so any chatter online or otherwise is purely speculation.

So this question is realistically going to turn into a scandal now that the GOP has its candidate, because it can't be ignored much longer
He was on a podcast about a week ago saying he's been dating one of his former Chief of Staffs for 4 years but has been keeping her identity secret for privacy reasons over the campaign
Thing is he's only been running for Senate for 1 of those 4 years and no one has any fricking idea who she is because there's no evidence of her existing. The only way a person can't be figured out in 2026 is if she doesn't exist at all. The fact that a 37 year-old man allegedly seriously into his faith has a 4-year girlfriend - not even a fiance - is insane and the most blatant sign of bullshite. How is there not ANY external record of the person he describes as "his rock" of 4 years? Why is he so ashamed of her? What the frick kind of love is that?
It's laughable how quickly this dude is going to fall apart. One of a million reasons why this race was never going to be a toss-up, so everyone in red can relax now

I have no clue about Talarico’s sexuality .. i just want to say that, as a guy who has been married and divorced- i think it’s stupid to criticize never-married guys and act all suspicious of them being gay .. Why do i think it’s stupid ? Because marriage is a trap, and it’s almost entirely geared to enrich women (usually thru divorce where they take half ur stuff) .. marriage also reduces guys’ natural instincts to have sex with many different women .. and unfortunately i know/have known several friends in sexless marriages for years…. i realize ill get pushback that marriage “benefits society” yada yada.. im not talking about that, im simply pointing out what a bad deal marriage is for *men* (not always, but usually)…. So if a guy wants to do what imo is the only sane thing and avoid marriage at all costs- we shouldnt keep alienating them and calling them closeted homos etc.. b/c the cycle will never break, people will still get married, roughly half of them will still end in divorce et al…. Maybe Talarico *is* gay, i dont know- but tbh it’s really beside the point .
