There are undoubtedly many “shitty crackers.” The left either doesn’t care about their ability to get IDs, or thinks they are still more capable than minorities.

My understanding is this thread is based on the left, not the right, having low expectations of minorities. Not whether there are shitty crackers.

It’s pretty simple for me: are you a net taker or producer?

It’s not my fault if certain groups of people choose to be net takers in society, but don’t come to me and require I treat them like something they aren’t: productive and contributory members of society.

I think there are pretty clearly some core cultural attributes that successfully elevate some places over others (and some are closely intertwined with political economy, while others aren't):
- Valuing education and literacy
- Treating women as equals
- Respect for property and privacy
- Respect for the rule of law
- Religious tolerance

When you have those core attributes in a country, region, or community, chances are that your locale will be a pretty nice place to live.

Most of the posts aren't vague at all. See the George Floyd and the more recent postal worker attack threads.

Pretty damned specific.

There are dumb crackers, too. BUT, since they're white, they're responsible for their own actions, whereas black people aren't.

Go read the SECRant. No one defends the Alabama fans. (Except A&M and that's strictly a gay sex thing.)

You can't blame A&M. They were a perfectly straight college until too many gay Asians got denied by UT. They had to go somewhere.

Read “Black Rednecks and White Liberals” by Thomas Sowell. He goes into great detail on tsome of the cultural problems and how some cultures are superior to others.

No, It is statistically provable. Facts are not racist.

Relativism is always self-defeating. Relativists always want to objectively criticize Western culture.

No, culture may correlate to race, but race is not culture.

Race is skin color.

Culture is how you act.

totally agree. racial differences may include more than skin color but each has its own attributes. like men and women. It's like saying chicken is "better than" pork. However, when one has a tradition of high salmonella (hyperbole, don't get excited) then the "culture" deserves criticism without being deemed racist. And it certainly swings both ways.
