The only reason for there to be a conspiracy is because of the almost purposeful negligence to allow such a shot to take place on someone as high profile as a former president. If you assassinate someone as high profile as DT you know the assassin will be caught. You have to find one that’s expendable. The recipe is such: find someone who is a credible threat via online chatter, perhaps encourage it,

I don't think the Deep State planned it per se, but I think they knew that it was bound to happen and made security light enough for it to have the best chance of success.

Meh, nobody is forming a plan around a young kid who is a terrible shot. He was rejected by his HS rifle club for being comically bad.
