Sinn Fein is the political wing of the IRA. It's time the worship of all things Irish ends. If you want an actual conservative viewpoint in Ireland, you need to support the Ulster loyalists.

Is that even a meaningful paradigm at this juncture? In other words, is there any evidence showing where they typical Irish citizen falls between Sinn Fein/IRA and Ulster loyalist as being determinative of their position here?

Really? Either you are incredibly dumb or just trying to manipulate people. Maybe check out, you know, the hundreds of years of anti-Irish sentiment throughout the western world. We literally had decades of anti-Irish riots in the US alone.

Sinn Fein actively supports mass migration. Their voters are further to the left than your average San Franciscan, which is why I've always been amazed that socially conservative Irish-Americans would donate money to the IRA back in the 1970's and 1980's at their local watering hole. This is a group whose principal allies historically have been German communists, the PLO and Libyan terrorists.
