Iran decided to launch missiles while 47 contemplates extending cease fire. No joke.

These guys are retarded or they are taking a page out of 47’s unpredictable negotiation style. Iran’s armed forces fired missiles at unidentified targets late Thursday local time, Iranian state media outlet Fars reported.

Looks to me like there are a few Iranian parties negotiating and jockeying for position. However, the IRGC still has the guns.

Trump should just finish the deal, A 60 day extension is only kicking the can down the road and that plays right into Iran's plan.

They're are 20 different groups vying to be leader of Iran. I'm not sure why. But some groups will fire missiles off in the hope of reigniting the war because they don't want peace.
The group that wants peace and take their money and go elsewhere needs to get control of the different sections.
We are trying to give that group time.

Yep, and that is what makes the negotiations pointless without taking out the IRGC first. If the IRGC is still around then they will just break any agreement that you negotiate.

I’m really leaning more and more that we (the U.S.) calculated an overwhelming show of military capability and the taking out of several top levels of leadership would topple the Islamic Republic government.
That didn’t happen. I don’t believe DJT ever desired an extensive campaign so he is providing every opportunity imaginable for a deal to be struck that still gets him what he’s maintained since forever - no nuclear weapons for Iran.
He may ultimately have no choice but to raze Iran to the ground but I think he’s more interested and hoping for something while exhausting every opportunity he thinks there may be to have to avoid going that route.
If he takes any “deal” that ultimately leaves the Islamic Republic government to live another day and eventually pursue nuclear weapons again down the road then he really only succeeded in kicking the can down the road albeit maybe a few years longer.
