Truly amazing how modern society suddenly decided that national borders and immigration laws are no longer necessary. I’m sure there will be absolutely no negative consequences, or at least none that receive much coverage.

Looks like while absolutely counts as “Spain”, it’s not technically in the EU free passage territory, so there are still hoops to jump through. That would be like saying Alaska or Hawaii isn’t really America.
It’s their soil.
Once on it, the Spanish government WANTS to import them.
Getting across to mainland Spain will not be much of a challenge with Spain providing them the means to do so.
It may take time, but the means is readily available.
Spain will be a failed state soon.

But that isn’t a concern when traveling with a country. It is almost universally rubber stamped.
