Somehow one of the ten got elected to the city council.
Me and my wife went there for vacation about 3 years ago. The lack of diversity in that town was noticeable. The overabundence of young people in flannel, and "males" with man buns was disproportionate.
The historic asheville areas have some beautiful homes, and i guarantee none of the millenials are living there. Asheville is a great beer town, and the Biltmore is incredible, but the people there equate to the most entitled and "enlightened" of California. Asheville is living on borrowed time.

This is more of the same shite that has failed for years.

Welp, there went our weekend trip. We'll just spend more time in North Georgia and cut that part out.

I don’t have too much of a problem with this.
This is the Marxist Handbook's golden rule....and we're falling for it lock, stock and barrel.

Yup, cute town, heck I loved Black Mountain area than you figure out a bunch of pasty white snowflakes run the beer joints.
Asheville is like a mini-Seattle.

Then that's a problem. You SHOULD have very much of a problem with this. Everyone should.

Dave Chappelle was a comedic genius

You've heard that from liberals.
It’s actually pretty cool. A ridiculous amount of craft brewers and good restaurants.
It’s a beautiful area too.
If I’m being honest, the hippies there all look like they dropped out of a Patagonia catalogue.
They really aren’t that bad. It’s mostly wanna be mountain climbers.

I wonder if this is just a home investment scam. A lot of people will move at the same time causing the market to crash . If not then the city should buy all of the houses and give them to the blacks.

Oh, people are getting paid. It means that some politically connected individuals will receive city investments that they will mismanage.
As sure as the sun rises in the east.

Libtards seem to be moving into the area if they have to leave a blue state for some reason.
Even if there is a market glut, I don’t see there being a lack of demand if people are fleeing NY, NJ, CA, etc.

Yes they are. Most of them would burst into flames if they went out into the sun.
Its one of the places I would say avoid, cute, but they've ruined it. Go 30-45 minutes north into Tennessee and go rafting and tubing.

Liberals don’t think there’s any consequence for their actions.

Auto-correct does it for you.

The topographic map of Asheville 1899, four decades after the war shows a lot of homes on dirt roads out in the hollows around Asheville. No cotton fields. No agriculture that would be supported by cheap labor. Not even much of a town.
So how many blacks lived there then? Can anyone access census data? Before the tens of thousands show up for reparations.
