Well it’s hard to vote out all those on both sides that they fund.

We should have a hands off policy, we don’t pull Israel back and we don’t jump in.

The Middle East shouldn’t be a taxpayer money pit

That’s a fair question. Let me speak for myself briefly. I finally noticed that AIPAC is the only PAC that is embraced by both Republicans and Democrats (please let me know of another one if I am mistaken). With AIPAC, if any one of our politicians go against it (whether Republican or Democrats), they incur the wrath and deep financial pockets of AIPAC. No other country has cozied up to Trump like Israel has. Netanyahu has visited Trump more than any other head of state, and Trump even spoke to the Knesset which is their Congress. Also, Miriam Adelson, an American-Israeli citizen, has been one his largest donors and she has been pretty apparent that she would choose Israel over America if it came down to it. That’s the case for many American-Israeli and Jewish Americans. For the latter, look no further than Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin, who I used to follow and believed in. However, I noticed they never criticized Israel and would attack anyone (including right-leaning allies) who questioned Israel. With Israel’s response to October 7th (a horrible event indeed and my heart breaks for the people lost), it has been perceived as grossly disproportionate, especially to normal citizens, including women and children. Which in itself has opened up the world’s eyes to the Israeli settler movement. The settlers are attacking Lebanese and Palestinian citizens, and claiming land for their own. The sad thing is, their government encourages it.

Don’t get me started on Desantis’s “Jewish hate speech” laws in Florida. There is WAY more anti-white, anti-Christian crimes that go on in this country, but ALL speech is protected by the First Amendment regardless of religion/ethnicity.

Netanyahu also talked us into going to war in the Middle East before 9/11. See the Clean Break memo. The Oslo Accords were promising in regards to ME peace, but Israel blew that up.

I could go on and on, but really, at the end of the day, you have to do research for yourself. It sucks being wrong - I devoutly followed guys like Shapiro and Levin. Then I saw them for what they were: they’re not America first, they’re Israel first and America second.

Just remember this: those who you can’t criticize rule you.

This is your right to base your foreign policy ideas on your god and how you treat your ole lady... as you have noted... things are trending the other way. Many others like myself tend to look at history and their corrupt influence via espionage and money.

If Israel wishes to be hated less, all they have to do is do things that get them hated less.
