I think you should be more shocked at how people are suddenly waking up to how much influence the Israeli lobby has had in our country. Ever since Kennedy was killed, the Israeli lobby has pushed each of our presidents around and has gotten us involved in many conflicts of the Middle East. They’ve also really played the Christian Evangelicals for a long time, and now that’s changing (I for one belong to that group now).

Also, don’t confuse “hate for Israel” with “skepticism of Israel”. They’ve stolen our military secrets (see Jonathan Pollard), have refused to extradite American-Israeli citizens wanted for crimes in the US, gets involved in our politics (see AIPAC versus Thomas Massie), commits war crimes against Christians (see Gaza and the West Bank) and have taken lots of money from our country. At the end of the day, they have been a net-negative for our country and would not exist without us since 1948.

Read the book, “Lobbying for Zionism on Both Sides of the Atlantic” (written by an Israeli. It will help inform you to the question you just asked.

Tell me, biblically speaking - why did God expel the “chosen people” from the “chosen land”?
I believe it was for worshiping Baal and sacrificing children for burnt offerings and consuming the flesh. Or at least that was in the book of Kings iirc

Exactly what do you all believe has happened and been uncovered here just in the last couple or few years that suddenly drew everyone’s attention to this supposed Israeli influence problem??

Maybe folks are tired of them using their money to influence US policy and politicians.

Epstein was likely Mossad controlled.

Just know this, Israel’s leaders don’t care if you live or die. American Jews support the radical left. Maybe wake up and realize that.

You mistake the “support for Israel” when really it’s support of “God’s relationship with Israel”. I don’t respect the people. I respect HIM. For that, I tend to defer on Israel.

It’s like talking bad about someone you love’s wife. You just don’t do it if you care for that person. This is just on a bigger scale.

And yet if you wear a cross in Israel, the people will spit on you.

Not to mention they assassinated Charlie Kirk. A young, energetic, influential devout Christian that would have been a US President. Nothing to see there

Is this a verifiable fact?

I've heard people on this forum talking about Candace Owens claiming some Israeli connection to Charlie Kirk's assassination but I've yet to see any receipts.

You’re confusing hate with indifference. We don’t fricking care and are tired of it being shoved down our throats. I’m married to a Jewish woman and she’s more annoyed by it than me

Then you only refer to the land God created and not these Israelites.

They aren’t the same chosen people.

Supporting a past relationship with blood and treasure, when the current relationship is septic isn’t showing God love and respect. It’s actively working against God’s word.

There is evidence to suggest, as another poster has already given the historical context, Israel is aligned with Satan and we pay the fuel bill.

People don’t like broken promises at home and seeing money going to a foreign country and us to be their little lap dog.

I don't hate Israel. I am just tired of carrying their water. It's not a true alliance. They steal from us, lie to us, and we treat them like a sugar baby.

Thats not how political assassinations work. First they kill their target, then obfuscate the evidence by flooding the market with conspiracies, then move on. Leaving everyone guessing what really happened and a patsy to lay the blame on.

Las Vegas Shooting, Kennedy, Kirk. List goes on and on.

Yep if you just ask any question the bought and paid for politicians get upset and have people label you as a antisemite when it’s a question.

How do you do, fellow anti-semite? j/k

To the OP... the above poster I quoted highlights the problem quite nicely- doesn't have any particular "issue" with Israel outside of outsized influence on our national interest- yet that reasonable opinion gets reasonable people accused of "hating Israel".

If "reasonable people" are that offended by Israel they could vote out some of Israel's cheerleaders in Congress. How did all these pro-Israel people get anointed into their seats? It is a fricking mystery is what it is.

I personally can’t thank Israel enough for the liberty attack, or stealing our nuclear secrets and selling them to the Soviets, or giving us intel that led to 20+ years in the Middle East and trillions of dollars and countless lives. Not to mention they did not on one occasion offer aid to our forces while we were over there and in need of help. Ask yourself why the Epstein files contained the term “goyim” so often.
