The president should be dealt a rebuke, a rebellion and a rout. Only then can the Republican Party be rebuilt.

These useless rhinos have deluded themselves into thinking that they're ever going to have power again.
It's also like they don't understand the cyclical nature of midterms. Republicans very well might have a bad midterm cycle but it will have nothing to do specifically with Trump and more just the yin and yang of midterms vs incumbent president, same as it always has been

Noonan spouts nonsense because it pleases the Editorial Board of the NY Times of which Noonan receives a very healthy check for her services as Syndicated Times Columnist. She's about as irrelevant in Republican circles as Bill Kristal
