Funny how the country club Republicans expect conservatives to support whatever milquetoast candidate they run, even if only to maintain majorities, committee chairs etc.... but they hate to reciprocate and in the case of Trump, actively fight against him and his supporters.

Also, Trumps mis-steps and errors (gas prices, Iran, or whatever you choose) are temporary and recoverable. The Democrat platform and plans to completely re-structure government, culture and society are not.
