Answer this question: when is it appropriate to deport people with no legal status?

Be specific.

I understand that he wants to go after the “newer” ones, and that’s a good point.

However, having these people think they can be here for 20 years and they’re just citizens is no better than a squatter taking over a house with no legal recourse to boot them out.

I agree. Why do we have so many people here that can’t speak our language and didn’t come here legally? A whole lot has broken in our government before Trump was elected that caused this. Whether it was intentional or not, it must be corrected. I’m also almost in tears, but they’re tears of happiness because things are getting fixed.

I sympathize with these folks, many of whom have been here for a long time. It must be difficult for them to be forced to leave.

However, this is the result of law-breaking. I hope they are able to go through the process to come back legally if they want to return.

First, I think you have an exaggerated sense of the actual number of illegal aliens … and almost certainly the number of “gang members”.

First, feel free to share what the "actual numbers" are.

Second, submit the number of illegal aliens & “gang members” you would deem acceptable & why.

and the legal limits of executors power.
You know, that whole Madisonian Democracy that is the foundation of our government.

Third, the Constitution & Madisonian Democracy were devised as the foundation(s) of our government, not for those devoid of an allegiance to either one.

Fourth, you're incredibly naive.

You had 20 years to get right with the law. No sympathy.

Stopping businesses from hiring these illegals is the only way this will ever end.

Every business should have to pay all the employment taxes they avoided by employing illegals. They need to audit them then fine with penalties and be forced to pay for their actions

I don't understand why I should have more sympathy for people who have been breaking the law for decades.

True. I wish the courts would stop ignoring it.
