I am not pro-union, but he will win this one. Biden is weak and he will cave to the unions. The USA buys WAY TOO much material from overseas, that is the real problem!

And triple the compensation to their retirement plan.
Some crane operators make 200K a year with a lot of overtime.
They get three breaks a day and there is an additional time of 15 minutes tacked on for each trip to climb up and down the crane for their breaks.
We should use the TPS immigration to fly in crane operators from all across South America.....but that skilled workers we dont want those immigrants.
If they cant spend the billions of build back better to modernize the ports as the bill promised....I guess they will use it on dei training.
