Here is a factoid that will come into play, the DNC has to nominate the Democratic candidate virtually before the convention because of some states rules on qualifying dates fall before the convention is held in August. So the convention really becomes a 4 night free political infomercial on Joe, the vote at the convention is just for political theater.
I think the Olympics may have played a part in this, but both conventions should have been a week apart and not a month. It gives the Democrats a better edge coming a full month later.
RNC dates: July 15-18
DNC dates: August 19-22
Olympics: July 26-August 11
But then again, those convention dates are early. I remember in 2012, the RNC was the last week of August, and the DNC was the first week of September. That year Louisiana had to deal with Hurricane Issac for the entire week as he stalled along the coast.

This right here is where I believe you (and many, many others) run off the rails. So I guess that technically makes it a train wreck. Technically yet metaphorically, if there is such a thing. I digress. Many folks amongst us don’t give many folks on outside very much respect, to put it mildly, particularly in the area of politics that we discuss so much amongst us here. It’s a pretty ugly picture of many on the outside. We’re talking pretty much dumb as a rock and completely unaware of what’s going on around them. And that’s just the men! The women are worse!! Lol
Long story short, it’s my opinion and belief that the true reality is much more positive than that. In short, many more people are much more capable and aware than you think. And if anybody’s off kilter, it’s us.

Just because you refuse to see the evidence for what it is and are hung up on kangaroo court proceedings being the only " evidence" worthy doesn't change the fact the evidence is out there. "Mathematical improbablities" that only God could explain away, countless documented instances of voter fraud, countless dead people voting, laws outright ignored, the entire media(which even the worst liberal knows is a fixed game) spewing the same "election denier" propaganda and publicly announcing through said media the election is postponed then shoving 100s of thousands of Biden votes in (some 99 to 1 to Trump votes) at 3am.
Now if it were Trump that won with all those things as the lead up, how would you explain it? We already know. Without all that and basically nothing as evidence other than hurt feelings, the left denied his win in 2016. Said it had to be stolen. Just had to be the Russians. No way Hilary lost to Trump right? No evidence vs mountains of it yet '16 was dirty and '20 was clean. You don't even believe that. No worries, we accept you for what you identify as. An idiot and a troll.

My pre 2020 election prediction was that they'd wait until just past the 2-year mark to find some way to get rid of Biden in order to make Kamala the 'first black female' POTUS.
When that didn't happen (thank God) because they found out that she was just to totally incompetent, incoherent, imbicilic to endure it quickly dawned on me they were stuck with Jotato for the full term.

now - she will not have to do anything - I think they will wait until AFTER the convention to pull the plug on Joe - for as long as they can before they have to begin preparing the BALLOT images.
That way she won't have to do much campaigning - she will just accept that 'exceptional people have to take on such tasks when the survival of 'democracy' requires it.
And after the ballots are counted, it doesn't matter - she can do anything she wants - make a few 'appearances' and let the same people who have been running the democrat party apparatus for the past 3 decades just continue to to do their thing.
She will not have to 'campaign' - if they could push jotatoe over the finish line in 2020, they can surely do it again.
