Borgs are all about the collective.
They stand for inclusion (for them) at the expense of the individual.

Wow, just wow. This thread, and the results shared about the ChatGPT, et al, is enlightening. Eye opening even.

Thank you OP

In a democracy, there are no constraints on the govt and the main focus is the will of the people.

In a Constitutional Republic, there are constraints on the govt, and the main focus is the will of the Constitution.

How are our presidents elected? - not popular vote. = not a democracy

We are a Republic where consenting states decided to unite for some national defense purposes.

We have a process where any change to any law has to pass three different levels of approval - legislative, executive, and judicial. We cannot just 'vote' to give away money, or put someone in jail, or decide that 12 year old girls can work as a prostitute.

You are confusing "democracy" with how our corrupt government is ignoring its responsibilities and duties. And the more corrupt we allow our governing entities become the more like a true 'democracy' we become. Hence the appeal of the "Democrat" party - they want ALL control over everyone's life with only the 'permission' of some national "vote" totals.

That is the worst form of government known to mankind.
First - it is too burdensome to work at a national level where 300,000,000 people would have to weigh in on every decision - and secondly it is too easy to just PURCHASE a position of power = which is why the 'democrat' party wants it that way - it is tremendously easy for corrupt politicians to just give away the treasure of the nation to a majority of the poorest people in order to maintain their strangle hold on their base of power.

Our founders feared that more than any other form of government and did an excellent job of designing a system that allowed "a moral and religious population" to govern themselves.

It is the "moral and religious population" part that is the root our our problems.

Democracy works well to select the "cutest boy in 7th grade" type stuff - but would fail miserably in trying to govern a nation of 300,000,000 people.

Ah, this old shoe. Every time Trump 'misgendered' someone or simply said something the left disagreed with, it was marked down as a 'lie.'

Meanwhile, Joe molested his own daughter.

Just change Trump to Biden and it would be 100% true.

This is not how democracy is defined.

What idiot did you the disservice of teaching you that? Was it a public school? Maybe Rush Limbaugh was your middle school social studies teacher?

Gang rape, lynch mobs, Antifa riots...sorry, mostly peaceful protests, those are democracies. That is not our form of government.
