No Joe.

Hunter committed the crimes he was convicted of BECAUSE he was your son. He hid behind that and didn’t feel there would be any consequences…because there never really had been any before.

And now there still aren’t.

I guess some people are, indeed, above the law.

Hunter's crimes will become known to the public soon. Also, if needed, Hunter will be compelled to testify in a court of law regarding the activity of others and his 5th Amendment Right can not be used as a deflection from testimony.

With his track record and genetics, he will commit another crime, especially if required to testify truthfully in a court of law.

I’m already on record as predicting he’ll be dead within 5 years. Joe’s protestations to the contrary, Hunter doesn’t appear to be overly bright. Guys like that just can’t help but continually step on their own dicks.

Only for those activities covered by the scope of the pardon. He certainly can invoke it for state crimes.

His press release

[quote]I have admitted and taken responsibility for my mistakes during the darkest days of my addiction - mistakes that have been exploited to publicly humiliate and shame me and my family for political sport,' he said today in his statement.

'Despite all of this, I have maintained my sobriety for more than five years because of my deep faith and the unwavering love and support of my family and friends.'

'In the throes of addiction, I squandered many opportunities and advantages. In recovery we can be given the opportunity to make amends where possible and rebuild our lives if we never take for granted the mercy that we have been afforded.'

'I will never take the clemency I have been given today for granted and will devote the life I have rebuilt to helping those who are still sick and suffering.'

All is forgiven you scumbag. What about all those who are serving time in Angola for lot less serious crimes, they just do not have Joe Biden as a forgiving Daddy. Who will Pardon Joe?

Like Ashley was singled out for showers because she was in your fetish's age range and easily available.

While I certainly agree that he SHOULD be... he won't be. This will not happen. It should... but it won't.

What case is that of which you talk about? Where is it going to be filed? When? Will this be civil or criminal?

Close but not quite.

Hunter was initially given a sweetheart plea deal only because he is Joe's son.
